Those of you who check out this site on a regular basis are probably asking yourselves what happened to me. I just checked and the last post I made pertaining to what’s going on in my life was August 23. I should really try and post more frequently, but unfortunately school and my other activities are keeping me busy. In addition to the loads of assignments for my classes – mostly for English – I’ve been working on the school extracurricular web site, various FBLA projects, and an assortment of other computer related projects. Sadly, all these wonderful (except for school) activities are keeping my busier than I want to be and I find myself constantly dreaming of a break from this chaos. Oh well, before I know it, I’ll have a break, I just have to be patient.

Besides being busy with all the stuff I mentioned, some other cool stuff has been happening in my life. I applied to the software engineering program at MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering) and got accepted. Additionally, I was named student of the month for the month of September, which is really an awesome honor.

I can’t remember if I ever mentioned it, but another project on which I have been working is a new layout for this site. Well, the layout has been done for a while, it’s just taking time to dump content into it – putting the content together, writing stuff, and all that. I’ve gotten pretty far, but it still looks like it could be a while before I get the thing up. Sorry, folks – I’m not going to let you preview it, as I’d like it to be new to everyone all at once!

One last thing – I’d like to thank all of you who visited the site in Miss Blume’s and Ms. Stricher’s classes for checking it out. People seemed to like it, which is cool!
